Arete Homes Hosts Ice Cream Social for Neighborhood at Sunmarke Collection, Parker, Colorado

It’s Official-Construction has Begun

Arete Homes commenced construction on the first group of homes last week.  Homes will include full basements and many will be either  garden or  full walk-out.  Three  floor plans are offered ranging from 2092 to 2569 square feet.  Buyer’s will be given a generous list of options to chose from, however, the homes include as standard features many items other builders treat as options.  For example, garage doors are 8-feet high; yes you can park your SUV or truck in your own garage!  Secondary bedrooms have ceiling lights, no stumbling over toys, pets, or clothes at night.  Garage interiors are entirely drywall.  All baths have granite counter tops.  Woohoo!  So these homes offer a great value.
